He has proof of funds and can close quickly, subject to association approval. Location should be between Lauderdale-By-The Sea and Boca Raton. It must have a good view of the ocean from an upper floor, Sixth or higher preferred. It should also be equipped with a washer and dryer or at least have hook-ups. If the views are exceptional will also consider buildings on the intracoastal. Beach is preferred, however. Will consider units in any condition as long as they are a good deal.
