Horizon At Wildwood Falls Into Foreclosure
The $65 million, 282 unit condo project off Windy Ridge Parkway Horizon at Wildwood has announced that it’s going into foreclosure.
The 17-story tower opened in early 2007 but only sold about 40% of the units.

V At Vinings: Mixed Use Development Planned In Vinings
A mixed use development is in the planning phase for Vinings called V at Vinings. The project is currently pending while rezoning is considered. Here are some of the proposed details:
78,000 square feet of retail space
82,000 square feet of office space
300 residential units (150 of them being senior living)
518,500 square feet of additional office space [...]

Belmont Hills Plan Gets Facelift
The have been many rumors surrounding the re-development of the Belmont Hills shopping center. I blogged about it back in November of 2006, but now the plan that the developer has submitted has changed a bit. Here’s the new info:

No New Rezoning For Johnson Ferry
Cobb County Commissioners decided this week that until, at least, March of 2008 no new rezoning applications would be considered for a commercial stretch of Johnson Ferry Road in East Cobb.
The three mile stretch in question is between Paper Mill Road and Roswell Road.

City Of Marietta Adds Sidewalks
Six sidewalk projects have been started or planned for streets in Marietta. Funding was established by a 1 percent Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). Here’s a list of the streets and when construction should occur.
