Colorado Springs Market Stat Report - Aug 2011
Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report (Includes Surrounding Areas):
- The Inventory is down by more than 1300 homes for sale compared to this time last year with a decrease of new homes hitting the market. This is good news for home sellers looking for less competition.
- Total Days on Market has gone up but still remains below the worst peaks.

Walmart Data Center in Colorado Springs
Walmart has finalized the purchase of 24 acres of land for $5.3 million and will begin building it's $100 million data center near the southeast portion of Voyager and Interquest Parkways (next to Colorado Crossing). This data center is scheduled to be complete in late 2012 and providing 30 new local jobs and will pump an estimated $488 million into our local economy over the next 15 years according to local government officials.
