How Will John McCain Handle the Housing Crunch?
In my last post I outlined how Senator Obama would handle the housing crises should he and Senator Biden ascend to the Presidency. I thought it prudent to also include for my readers how Senator John McCain and Governor Palin would address this very pressing issue. As you know I believe that the health of the housing industry is a fantastic indicator of our nations economic health. I hope this

What is Barack Obamas Answer For Housing Troubles
If you are like me, you take local, state and federal elections very seriously. I like to know what each candidate plans to do about those issues that affect my family, my business and my community. I try to avoid all the adds on television and radio, because most of the time those are 90% rhetoric and 10% spin. Instead I like to actually talk with the candidate if possible or check out their

Not so long ago it was pretty easy for a FSBO to sell their own home. Especially if they were in a high traffic and

$7500 Tax Credit for 1st Time Homebuyers!
I know what you are thinking. What's the catch? Before I get there let me fill you in on some changes that were included in the recent Housing Bail out bill that was passed by congress recently.
The current market benefits first time home buyers tremendously. Home values have come down and sellers have been able in many cases to cover buyers down payments and closing costs. That is all

Sellers Who Hold Financing may see a lot of Green!
Ok. The real estate market for sellers has been very challenging over the past 12 months or so and by most accounts will continue to be until at least this time next year. But some sellers are taking advantage of one method of selling there home that hasn't been around in a long time. That method is seller held financing!
Seller held financing is becomming more popular and I feel is a great
